No catch. £600–£1,400 depending on size, agreed as one flat price before I start. Half upfront, half on launch. The only ongoing cost is your domain and hosting (around £3–5/month, paid directly by you — I don't mark it up).
The mock-up is free, so you've risked nothing. If you go ahead, the price includes a revision round — I keep changing it until you're happy to put your name on it.
Yes — £50/month covers changes whenever you need them (new prices, hours, photos, offers), usually done same-day. Or you can pay per change. Nothing is locked in.
